Shiuli - कलकत्ता २०१०

कलकत्ता , २०१०...
... ...
Aaj almaari se kuch purani yaadein samet laya hun apne mej pe...
ek kaagaz ke panne pe kuch siyaahi ke nishaan nazar aaye...
...To socha, padhne ki koshish karun... Shayad kuch accha ho...
Tumhari likhi kuch adhuri panktiyaan mili hain...
Sunogi nahin?
...hmmm
......Suno phir
"Chalo aaj in boondon se dosti kar lein...
Yahan rimjhim barasti hain jo, wahan bhi barasti hogi...
Is sheher ki rozana daudti zindagi se
Chalo aaj dillagi kar lein...
Saansein yahan chalti hain jo, wahan bhi chalti hongi...
Chalo aaj in phoolon se mohabbat kar lein
Mere aangan mein khilti hain jo... Wahan bhi khilti hongi"
...
......
Khidki khola to dekha...
Aangan mein phool bikhre hue hain...
Ghar ke us paar kuch bacche baarish mein naach rahe hain...
Dekho humari Putoo aangan mein kaagaz ki naav liye khadi hai...

Kitne jaldi paanch saal ki ho gayi naa...
Dekho kitni pyaari lag rahi hai phoolon ke beech...
Shiuli ke phool...
Bilkul tumhari jaisi hai, hai na?
Tumhari jaisi aankhein... wahi muskuraahat... hai na Shiuli?
Aaj bhi yaad hai mujhe jab tum Benaras gayi thi...
Kabhi socha nahin tha Shiuli...
...ki tum Ganga ji mein chadhaye phoolon ki tarah kahin aise beh jaogi ki kabhi nazar nahin aaogi... hamesha ke liye kho jaogi...
Baarish tez ho gayi hai... haath mein sametna chahta hun in boondon ko...

anu this piece of writing has brought back every intense emotion of life. The eternal love has the power to bring back the memory of the lost one.and the nature's offspring i.e rain is concomitant to the reliving of the memory. "SHIULI" has taken me back to my childhood memories where everything used to be so pristine and innocent. And ofcourse there is something in ur writing where past is restored so beautifully and nostalgia is remembered with tranquility and contentment.

love

Dear Jayeeta,
Sorry for replying late... but you know... I have to think before responding to such beautiful comments of urs...
Shuili had everything except the fact that the flowers had not woken up from their dreamy state... they were given essence by you... your comment has blossomed these flowers... like spring your comment brings life to my post...
Thanks love :)

बहुत सुन्दर भाव हैं।

देवनागरी में क्यों नहीं लिखती। पढ़ने में आसानी होती है।

Found this place today only...feel like I would like to be here for sometime...Do u know Shiuli is d only flower which is supposed to be auspicious even after it falls to ground n picked up for puja..your lines render the same idea..some memories are as fresh as the shiulis at your doorstep..nothing can make them any less pristine..nor even time.

Always a treat to read it... Always and over and over again... No offence to the other posts, but this will always be the best one for me...

"aaj baadalon se zyaada
ye aankhen baras rahi hain
Har baar barasti hain jab bhi
Tumhaari yaad aati hai... hai na shiuli?..."

Read it again. This poem is like my best friend. Someone I can come to when I don't want to go to anybody else... Just me and this poem...
