A House Stacked with Memories
Old books can transport you into a world of memories Anukriti Sharma @ Walterre, Dehradun |
Living alone in a house stacked with memories is not easy. But these memories are all I have. And these memories are all I want to live with.

Every night when I pat myself to sleep, I imagine Mummy singing lullabies to me. Every time I watch an animation movie, I imagine Papa sitting next to me, laughing out loudly. Every day when I want to hold someone in my arms, I clasp my pillow and imagine my sister giving me bear hug.
When life slows me down, only memories help me live.

When i am alone in my old house i find strange things. the paintings, drapes, flowerpots and the flowering Plants speak to me one by one. I just need to close my eyesand listen to their whispers.

I have never lived in one house for long - we moved so much, almost every three years becuz of my dads job - now after marriage its the same - but we've carried out furniture, the pics and so much - but if I lived now in the house I grew up in, every corner would have a tale.... oh how I loved this post of yours...
